The sanctuary, comprised of Khutzeymateen Provincial Park and the Khutzeymateen Inlet Conservancy, is the first and only grizzly bear sanctuary in Canada.  Khutzeymateen Wilderness Lodge is a secluded floating lodge in the Khutzeymateen Inlet and is only accessible by boat.
